DIAMONDS FOR THE DEAD has been fortunate to garner some nice reviews so far (thanks, reviewers), but my favorite review came from my 12-year-old son:
“No offense, Dad, but that book is way too good to be written by you.”
Thanks, son!

Be sure to visit the blog on Wednesday for wonderful guest blogger Elizabeth Spann Craig/Riley Adams, author of the just-released Delicious and Suspicious. Yummy!

No review could have been sweeter than that one.
And I look forward to meeting Elizabeth here on Wednesday.
Alan - What a wonderful review! I love it! And I am looking forward to seeing Elizabeth here on Wednesday.
That kid may have a future as a reviewer or editor -- short and to the point. lol

Thoughts in Progress
When your book has its second printing, INSIST that be one of the blurbs. Nah, just kidding. Or am I? Another mystery...
Rayna - I love the comments that begin, "no offense..."
Margot - The review was completely unbiased, of course.
Mary - That kid might have a future as a judge on American Idol.
Mason - I think you mean "left-handed."
Elspeth - I like your thinking, but it would probably give him a big head.
I love that.
My kids are all grown up and they mostly just ignore the whole writing thing. Mom as writer? Does not compute.
I like that review! And I loved reading your book. :) Looking forward to tomorrow...
Yikes! Was that a compliment I just read?
